Industrial PR and trade media

A buyer comparing four suppliers reads the trade press before they read four websites. Being quoted there is not vanity: it is the third-party word that makes the shortlist shorter, and it is a link the search engine counts.

Heavy machinery plant at night: a steel press and the rail of an overhead crane lit by hard work light, with the hall dark around them.

The plant does something remarkable and only the plant finds out.

A new line goes in, a lead time gets halved, an export market opens — and all of it lives in an internal email. The trade editor never hears about it, the buyer never reads it and the domain never gets the link. Meanwhile the competitor with half the engineering is in the magazine every quarter.

PR & Media

1 article a month in trade media

In Cadena Industrial or the in-house media network, signed by your people and written to be read by a buyer.

1 third-party appearance per quarter

Outside the house: sector magazines, associations and technical media your buyer already trusts.

Press releases for every milestone

New line, new certification, new market, new capacity. Written, distributed and chased.

Spokesperson prep

Messages, figures and limits agreed with management before anyone picks up the phone.

Link and mention tracking

What got published, who linked and what that did to domain authority. On the same dashboard as everything else.

How it runs

  1. 01

    01 · Milestone calendar

We go through what is coming in the next twelve months — investments, certifications, launches — and mark what deserves a release and what deserves an article.

  2. 02

    02 · Angle before pitch

An editor publishes a story, not a company. Each milestone gets an angle that stands up on its own.

  3. 03

    03 · Write and place

Drafted here, reviewed by engineering, placed in the house network first and in third-party media by quarter.

  4. 04

04 · Turn coverage into pages

Every appearance gets reused on the site and in the newsletter, so the coverage keeps working after the issue closes.

What changes

  • The buyer meets a third party saying it before they meet your sales deck.

  • The domain gains links from media that actually carry weight in the sector.

  • Milestones stop dying in an internal email.

  • The company has an answer ready when an editor calls at short notice.

Questions

Is Cadena Industrial yours?

It is a sister title: HeavyOrders is the commercial agency of Media + Labs and Cadena Industrial is the media outlet. We say so every time, and the quarterly third-party appearance exists precisely so the coverage is not all in-house.

We have nothing newsworthy.

Almost every plant says that and almost every plant is wrong. A new line, a halved lead time, a certification or an export market is a story. What is usually missing is the angle, not the fact.

Do you guarantee placements?

We guarantee the monthly article in the house network and the work of pitching outside it. No serious agency guarantees an independent editor and we are not going to be the first to pretend.

Who signs the articles?

Your people. The technical authority is inside the plant: we write it, engineering reviews it and it goes out with their name on it.

How does PR connect to the order book?

Two ways: mentions the buyer reads while drawing up the shortlist, and links that push the pages doing the ranking. Both show up on the same dashboard.
