Documented case studies for manufacturers

The strongest sales argument in your plant is an install running at a customer site with figures attached. It is also the argument nobody has written down. One documented case per quarter turns it into a page, a PDF the sales team actually uses and a short video.

A 30-minute video call. The audit document and the 90-day plan.

Heavy machinery plant at night: a steel press and the rail of an overhead crane lit by hard work light, with the hall dark around them.

The proof exists. What does not exist is anywhere it is written down.

Every plant has the install that cut a cycle time, the retrofit that avoided a shutdown, the line that has run three years without an incident. It gets told in a meeting, badly, by whoever happened to be there. The next buyer never hears it and the sales team improvises a different version every time.

Branded & Cases

1 documented case per quarter

The real install, with its production figures, agreed and approved by your customer before anything gets published.

Case page on your site

Built to rank for the application, not just to look good in the portfolio menu.

Sales PDF

The version the sales team carries into the meeting and leaves on the table. Same figures, no improvising.

Short video of the install

Filmed on site wherever the customer allows it, scripted around what the machine solved.

Anonymised version when needed

If the customer cannot be named, the case exists anyway: sector, problem, figures and no logo.

How it runs

  1. 01

    01 · Pick the install

With sales and with engineering: which one is closest to the order we want more of, and which customer will let us tell it.

  2. 02

    02 · Get the figures

Cycle time, availability, scrap, lead time. If a figure cannot be defended, it does not go into the case.

  3. 03

    03 · Customer approval

Written sign-off on text, figures and images before publication. No case goes out on a verbal yes.

  4. 04

04 · Publish and arm the sales team

Page, PDF and video delivered together, plus the two-minute version the salesperson tells out loud.

What changes

  • The sales team tells the same story with the same figures every time.

  • The application has a page that answers for it when somebody searches it.

  • The customer gets a piece they are happy to appear in, which makes the next one easier to get.

  • Orders closed with the material become something you can point at.

Questions

Can you show us cases you have already produced?

No, and we are not going to decorate the wall with somebody else’s numbers. HeavyOrders is new in this niche and has no client cases yet. The first documented case you see will be your own install.

Our customers will never let us publish their figures.

Some will not, and that is fine. The anonymised version keeps the sector, the problem and the figures and drops the name. It still sells.

Who gets the figures out of the customer?

We prepare the questions and the salesperson who owns the account asks them, because the relationship is theirs. We handle the writing, the approval loop and the design.

How long does one case take?

A quarter end to end, and most of that is waiting on the customer’s approval, not producing it. That is why the cadence is one per quarter.

Is the case ours?

Yes. Page, PDF, video and raw footage are yours, like everything else we build.
